We Ship via USPS and UPS.
Normal shipping method is USPS Priority Flat Rate Box. Charges for this method are $9.70 per box (with an estimated maximum weight of 30#). Should your order require more than one box, each additional box will also be $9.70. Delivery is 2-3 days anywhere in the US and its territories and a tracking number will be emailed to you the day of shipment.
Larger volume orders will be shipped UPS Ground within the Continental US. Orders can be shipped UPS collect if you have a UPS account.

Returns

Bearings may not be returned unless faulty product has been received. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required in any case. Bearings lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer. UPS insures product to $100 without additional premium. USPS requires that insurance be purchased for the amount of the goods.
Should you order the incorrect size, and the bearings have not been placed in operation, they may be returned (RGA required). Inbound and outbound shipping must be paid by the customer.
No restocking fees will be charged, however, the inbound and outbound shipping must be paid by the customer.
